Συμμετοχή της Μονάδας Διαχείρισης του ΟΦΥΠΕΚΑ στο έργο **“Supporting Effective Conservation Measures for the Mediterranean Monk Seal and its Habitat in Greece”**
Με μεγάλη χαρά ανακοινώνουμε τη συμμετοχή της Μονάδας Διαχείρισης του ΟΦΥΠΕΚΑ στο έργο **“Supporting Effective Conservation Measures for the Mediterranean Monk Seal and its Habitat in Greece”**. Προσωπικό του Παραρτήματος Αργοστολίου υποδέχτηκε με ενθουσιασμό το σκάφος της Seal Greece και το πλήρωμά του, σε μια συνάντηση γεμάτη διάλογο και δέσμευση για την προστασία της μοναδικής μεσογειακής φώκιας. Συζητήθηκαν οι στόχοι του προγράμματος και αναγνωρίστηκε η επιτυχία της εκστρατείας ενημέρωσης που στοχεύει στον περιορισμό των ενοχλήσεων από τουρίστες και επισκέπτες, διασφαλίζοντας έτσι την ευημερία του είδους και του φυσικού του περιβάλλοντος.
We are proud to announce the participation of NECCA in the project **”Supporting Effective Conservation Measures for the Mediterranean Monk Seal and its Habitat in Greece.”** Our Management Unit staff warmly welcomed the Seal Greece vessel and its crew, in an enthusiastic meeting filled with dialogue and commitment to the protection of the unique Mediterranean monk seal. The program’s objectives were discussed, highlighting the success of the awareness campaign aimed at minimizing disturbances caused by tourists and visitors, thereby ensuring the welfare of the species and its natural habitat.
